At Luxior Mall, we take pride in the quality of our products and customer satisfaction. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned only if all of the following conditions are met:

Fragile Items
Due to the delicate nature of fragile products:
• Fragile items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect • Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery • Customers must provide clear photos or videos showing the damage and packaging • Luxior Mall reserves the right to determine whether damage occurred during shipping
Improper handling after delivery voids eligibility for return or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear • Items returned without original packaging • Items marked as final sale, clearance, or promotional items • Fragile items not reported as damaged within the required timeframe
Return Process

- Wait for return authorization before sending any items back
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Refunds
• Approved refunds will be processed after inspection • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for incorrect or defective items, subject to stock availability.
